FAQ:  What if I know an agent that I would like to have you check? 
 
That is not a problem. If you have a name of an agent you would like us to check out for you, we can do that and include them in our review of agents.  If we feel there are better qualified agents, we won't include them in our list of recommended agents to interview .  If, however, we do think they could do a great job for you, we will include them and have you interview them too.  If you have already interviewed an agent before we have conducted our research, they may not agree to our process. 
 
FAQ:  What if we decide that we would like you to sell our home?
 
It's not our goal to sell your home.  We will do our best research to find you qualified agents to sell your home.  If there was some extenuating circumstance that suggested we would be better than others, we would take that into consideration.  But again, it is not our intent to use this service to sell your home.  We think we offer a valuable service where we can help more people doing this rather than selling homes one by one.
 
FAQ:  Will you sit in on our interview of agents?
 
No.  Agents will be providing information to you that may be considered proprietary.  We can help you interview the agents we give you by giving you some questions to ask and some answers to look for.  After you have interviewed the agents, we can help you review the results of the interview and assist you in your selection.
 
FAQ:  What if we don't like the agents we interview?
 
It's possible that you may not like the agents we have you interview.  If that happens, we will want to know more about what you didn't like and what your expectations are.  We will go back and research again to find you 1-3 more candidates. 
 
FAQ:  What if our home doesn't sell?
 
We cannot make any guarantees because there are many factors that affect the sale of a home, not to mention the market and economy.  However, if your home doesn't sell, we will ask to do a Situation Analysis of the potential reasons it didn't sell.  We would discuss the Situation Analysis with you and you could make the decision not to sell your home, or to have us continue to research good agents for you.  Remember, we don't get paid until your home sells.  We are with you until the end.
 
FAQ:  What's the down side?  What's the gimmick?
 
There is absolutely no risk to you to engage our consulting services.  First, you don't even have to use the agents we recommend.  Second, if you interview them and don't like them, we will continue our search for you.  And lastly, you don't pay us anything.  There aren't any gimmicks.
 
FAQ:  Do you use agents you know?
 
Our commitment and alliance is with our clients - that's you.  We will consider all qualified agents, whether we know them or not.  Chances are we know a lot of the good agents.  But we don't personally know them all.   If we do know them prior to recommending them to you, we will let you know how we know them.  That information will be disclosed to you. 
 
FAQ:  Do agents pay you to refer them?
 
Good question.  We do not take up front payment from agents to pay us to refer them.  However, once we have selected them, we will ask them to give us a small agent referral fee upon the close of the sale of your home.
