If you plan to list your home, contact us today. We will meet with you, at your home, to talk to you about needs and expectations. If your home was on the market before, we will ask questions about what went wrong.
Then we will research to find the right agent for the job. Because we are agents, we know what to look for and how agents might cover up their weaknesses in an interview. We also have access to the MLS so we can fact check every agent. After a thorough background check, we will find 2-3 agents for you to interview. We will help you with your selection and even help you negotiate the terms of your listing agreement.
