I had the priviledge of working with major magazine, newspaper, TV and radio during my career in fitness.  I've only saved a couple articles. 

Here's one from USA Today, June 1988, when my company ran a fitness hotline for the newspaper.

I always read Parade Magazine on Sundays when I was a kid.  Being quoted in Parade in October 1986 was a big kick for me personally!
