Bonsall is still country with horses, farms and avocado groves!  Located 54 miles north of San Diego, 12 miles inland from the Pacific Ocean, and situated along the beautiful San Luis Rey River on 32 sq. miles, it still boasts a small population of approximately 10,000.  This is a rural place for people who like small town charm, rolling hills, beautiful homes, equestrian trails, and don't mind the distance they are away from other people!  I happen to love Bonsall and had found a property that I really wanted to buy, but my husband would not go the distance!
