Sheryl Brown
 Sheryl is a native San Diegan who has lived throughout San Diego from Lakeside, to El Cajon, La Mesa, to Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Carlsbad and she now currently resides in San Marcos, with her two children. With 45 years in various communities in San Diego, she is uniquely able to help home owners sell their home for top dollar or help home buyers find the right community and exact home they are looking for.
Sheryl and her team are known for selling homes quickly for the price her sellers hoped for, and with buyers, helping buyers find the right home and negotiate the best price. She brings current technology into her work and is on the cutting edge of providing clients with constant and instant information - so necessary in today's market. In 2011, she received the 5 STAR Realtor Award for high customer satisfaction. The award appears in the March 2011 edition of San Diego Magazine. Only 5-7% of realtors in all of San Diego County are recognized with this customer satisfaction award.
Sheryl combines her past business experience to bring a level of professionalism to real estate that is not typical. As a former Executive Director/CEO and founder of a multi-million dollar business (American Council on Exercise (ACE)), that established international recognition in it's field, she has skills that translate to your advantage in real estate - she knows how to work with people, negotiate, market, and sell. Her work became influential in over 70 countries worldwide and currently represents one of the highest standards for fitness professionals. Sheryl has worked with health and fitness celebrities, (like Arnold Schwartzenneger and Jane Fonda) and her work has appeared on Good Morning America, the Today Show, USA Today, the New York Times, Time, Newsweek and Parade magazines. On the Today Show, she was interviewed because of her work at ACE to create a national health and fitness program for kids to combat rising obesity rates in children.
