Median prices of single family homes in North County as of December 2009: Carlsbad (92011) reported the highest median prices ranging from $720,000 - $767,500   The Carlsbad 92009 zip code area prices were at $675,000  Then Escondido (92029), Carlsbad (92010, 92008), and San Marcos (92078) ranged from $500,000 - $590,000   All tying for 4th position were San Marcos (92069), Fallbrook, Bonsall, Vista (92081, 92084), Escondido (92026), and Oceanside (92054, 92056) at a range of $315,000 to $394,000   Pulling up the bottom were Vista (92083) Escondido (92027, 92025), and Oceanside (92057), with prices from $200,000 - $300,000  Need to clean up your credit before you buy, or after a short sale, foreclosure or bankruptcy?  Here information you should read!
